It's like a pot pie..but not..

I don't know how else to describe it, really. But this is a definite GO! in this house. Kids love it, I love it, Kyle loves it, that's good enough for me.

Biscuits. How do you go wrong with biscuits?

I know. This looks like a hot mess. But it's soooo good.

Chicken And Biscuits

1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream, separated
1 bag frozen mixed veggies (or use fresh, then it's about 2 cups or so)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
shredded cheddar cheese
Jiffy mix (er..biscuit mix of your preference)

Preheat the oven to 325.
Mix the chicken, soup, veggies, cheese, and 3/4 of the sour cream together. Yes, it will look fairly appetizing. But it's GOOD. Pour it evenly in a 9x13 pan.
Mix your biscuit mix as per directed for biscuits (or dumplings, depending on the package). Mix in the rest of your sour cream into it. This makes them SO fluffy and moist. I like adding cheese and garlic to them, too. Gives them a nice taste with everything else.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes so you don't have a flowing hot mess when you're trying to scoop it out of the pan.

Simple? Yes.
Easy? Yes.
Delicious? Hell yes.
