Comfort Food = Important.

Comfort food and I go hand in hand. Especially during the cold seasons. There's nothing like curling up on the couch with a good book and a bowl of hot soup.

Except that I never tried to make soup before.

Until now, that is.

Chicken noodle is my personal favorite.

Tomato with a grilled cheese is a close second.

Über Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

4+ c. water
4+ chicken bouillon cubes (1 per every cup of water)
2-3 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 lb. egg noodles (or your choice of noodles)
3-4 carrots, peeled and chopped to your liking (amount varies on preference)
2-3 potatoes, peeled and chopped to your liking (amount varies on preference)
seasonings to taste (I used salt, pepper, and some basil)

You can also add whatever other veggies you like. Be creative!

First, cook your chicken ofcourse. Then just let it chillax.

Next, get your water boiling. Add your noodles, carrots, and potatoes.

Then add your chicken.

After the noodles are completely cooked, add your bouillon cubes and seasoning.

And once the cubes are dissolved, serve hot in some bowls.

Easy, right? Chyeah. Tell me about it. Soo super easy, simple, and deeeelicious. And as leftovers?

Oh, it's a throwdown in this house for leftovers.
